Spent the day learning from @drdenisefurness about personalised medicine and the role genetic testing can play in helping health practitioners prioritise patient treatment. #bioceuticalslive

A beautiful afternoon full of happy wishes, funny stories, flower crowns, good food, good people and good vibes for @natalie.k.douglas. A one of a kind hens for a one of a kind girl!

I wrote an article for @thebeautychef on what I think are the top 5 foods for gut and skin health. For someone who has been working on their #eczema and general #skinhealth for a long time, it was hard to keep the list to 5! Head to @thebeautychef and check out the link in their bio for the read.
Just lit a lavender candle to help my tired brain to drift off to sleep tonight. The #essentialoil of #lavender has been shown to reduce #anxiety levels and the effects of #stress, #calming the body and mind with a mild sedative action. πŸ’œπŸ’œπŸ’œ
Words we can all live by, from the man @michael.pollan

That wind is not helping matters, am I right @sydney? I’m a @burtsbeesaus girl, or I open a vitamin e capsule and pop on my lips. What’s your skin secret weapon? πŸ“Έ: @theiconicau
Made a GIANT batch of almond meal cookies last night as a surprise thank you to my man for being my personal chef, chauffeur & hairdresser this last week. What I didn’t think of, is that almond meal cookies can be a little tough to mix and with my broken wrist, I couldn’t do it on my own and he had to help make his own surprise.😳😳 They are delicious though! Link to the recipe in the bio. πŸ’š
To all the #citytosurf runners, here’s a little gift to use when you struggle out of bed tomorrow morning. #yourewelcome
#PodTip: combine your carrot with avocado. Carrots are a great source of beta-carotene (a precursor to vitamin A), however this bioflavonoid is a bit harder for our gut to absorb. A study has shown that simply combining carrot with a source of fat (like avo, ghee or coconut oil) increases our absorption of beta-carotene, thereby supporting our vitamin A status. πŸ“Έ: @surlatable
