It’s short and simple, but a message I’ve wanted to share nonetheless.
“Trust your gut.”
In every sense of the word, I’ve found that people usually know when something is wrong or right for them, whether it is food, a relationship, an activity or a job. That intuition is generally there for a reason.
I also know how important my gut health is for my entire life. An imbalanced gut can mess with your immune system, your skin, your mental clarity, your digestion, the list goes on. Looking after my gut health by eating a wide variety of prebiotic and probiotic foods is the best thing I’ve ever done for my body and something I feel so passionate about sharing.
